Added new function: if the local file already exist, LeechURL will
NOT download it and bring back Errorlevel 4.
A Console Tool for downloading files from the internet.
Useful in Batch-Jobs.
Syntax: LeechURL url_of_file local_file
i.e.: LeechURl http://digilander.iol.it/retnyg/ret-logo.gif C:\test\logo.gif
If the specified Folder of the localfile doesn't exist, it'll be created.
Warning: If the specified File don't exist on the server, the servers 404-error
will be stored instead of your requested file.
Errorlevels: 0 - Everything went OK
1 - Could not create Folder
2 - Could not download from specified URL
3 - Unknown Error
